Recep Avci


Short Bio

Recep Avci received his BS degree in Mathematics in 2007 at Bogazici University, Istanbul, Turkey. He received his MS degree in Applied Computing at University of Central Arkansas in 2012. He is currently a PhD candidate in Bioinformatics program at University of Arkansas Little Rock and working as a research assistant at University Arkansas for Medical Sciences. His research interests are source localization for heart and brain signals, mathematical modeling and inverse solutions for bio-physiological signals, parallel computations using CUDA, data analysis on NGS data. Dr. Kockara is serving as a dissertation committee member of him.
